Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Floor Manager
Are you ready to be the next Floor Manager in one of the most important luxury brands with a strong presence in London? If you are, we are looking for you to join a very experienced team of Senior Sales Consultants inside a very fast paced luxury location in Central London.
You have to fill the following requirements to be a Floor Manager
– Minimum 2 year experience in a managerial role for a luxury brand in a flagship store or department store
– Experience managing turnovers of £1.5mm and at least 4 staff
– Working closely and accurately with KPIs
– Experience in candidate selection and team coaching
– Men ready to wear experience
The compensation package you will receive in exchange
– Base salary of £36,000 – £42,000depending on experience
– Management bonus structure
– Staff discount and uniform allowance
– Ongoing training and development
