Floating Support Worker

My client, a large not for profit organisation based in South Wales is looking for a floating support worker to take on a rolling week by week temporary contract for full time hours.
Key competencies and areas of experience will include:
-Experience of supporting service users to maximise independence.
-Have experience of dealing with differing types of vulnerable people.
-Experience of carrying out risk assessments.
-Support and facilitation of service users access to other necessary services (Medical, Legal etc.)
-Maintain up to date records of all visits and actions taken.
