Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client operates exclusive hotels and spa’s in the Cotswolds. They are currently looking to recruit a dedicated, passionate and skilled Fitness and Studio Instructor to join their team at their flagship site.
Overall Purpose of Job:
To assist the Fitness Manager in the efficient running of the Fitness Department.
To ensure the Fitness Department runs smoothly by completing Daily Procedures. Proactive approach to client interaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Completing assigned tasks from Fitness Management.
Instructing regular Fitness Classes.
Provide Gym Inductions for Members.
Provide Gym Progress Updates for Members.
Provide Client Health Assessments
Deliver Group Exercise and Online Classes as required
Offer Personal Training.
Complete daily Water Quality Tests of Pool & Hot Tub.
Complete daily Gym Cleaning where assigned.
Weekly Facility Maintenance e.g. Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room, etc
Responsible for the opening & closing of the Spa.
We are looking for a passionate level 3 qualified fitness instructor ideally with an exercise to music qualification who can teach a variety of classes both live and on Zoom. Pool testing & water quality management experience would also be advantageous but not essential.
