The Fine Art Estimate Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the preparation, submission, and tracking of estimates for projects, as well as maintaining accurate records of all estimate-related information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project coordinators and other departments to gather all required information to prepare estimates;
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain necessary price quotes;
  • Review the scope of work and project plans to ensure that all items are included within estimates;
  • Prepare full estimate including all relevant details;
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimate-related information, including tender documents, correspondence, and estimates.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or fine art industry;
  • Familiarity with computerised estimating and scheduling software;
  • Actively commercially minded;
  • Multilingual would be useful.
