Financial Services Administrator
To provide support within a Financial Services Firm located in Chippenham.
This role is to support Paraplanners in their day to day role when dealing with clients.
Key Tasks
* General administration (Including preparing client documents, portfolio review reports, emails, etc.)
* Processing new business
* Input and maintaining of client information and plans
* Scanning and filing of client information.
* Answering telephone calls.
* Support in day-to-day tasks from Paraplanners or Advisers and being able to work within agreed targets, enabling the team to achieve its objectives and agreed accuracy levels.
* To work as part of a team within the office environment.
