Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Salary: £72,000 – £78,000 per year

Goodman Masson are exclusively partnered with a reputable membership organisation to recruit for an FP&A Manager.

This is a newly created role which will oversee the organisations FP&A function and coordinate the budget and forecasting process. The role will develop the overall financial strategy and direction of the organisation.

You will be a qualified accountant with experience leading FP&A functions and have strong business partnering skills, with the ability to provide value added advice to key stakeholders.

Day to day duties:

Contribute to the delivery and design of the organisations financial strategy
Manage the production of monthly management information for the group and its branches
Line manage, develop and mentor an FP&A Analyst
Highlighting variances and analysing their causes
Provide advice and support to branch treasurers on best practices
Presenting information to various stakeholders, both financial and non financialEssentials:

CCAB qualified or equivalent
Experience as an FP&A Manager
Strong stakeholder management skills
