Financial Planner

Synchronicity is working with a leading Wealth Manager who have a national presence providing industry leading services. Alongside being very progressive, this company operates a client first approach, and looking for advisers who carry a similar ethos.

They have multiple offices across the UK and are currently going through a key period of growth and are looking for experienced NHW Financial Planners with an apptitude for winning new business, partnered with full back-office support, this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner.

The Role

As well as providing HNW financial planning in a variety of cases including Retirement Planning, IHT, Estate Planning, Investments, you will take an instrumental role in the continued growth of the Cardiff office. You will receive full paraplanning and administration support from the back-office team and excellent support in terms of internal marketing, leads and referrals but will be expected to draw on your own network too.

The salary range is entirely dependent on experience and level of seniority. Additionally there is an attractive bonus scheme.

The Required Skills:

• A strong amount of Financial Planning experience and a network of potential clients and introducers
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning progressing to Chartered is required as a minimum but ideally you will be Chartered qualified already
• An ethical approach to financial planning truly valuing giving high quality advice
• An appetite to build business using the variety of opportunities on offer
