Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year
I am recruiting for an exciting, newly created Financial Accountant role within a fast growth phase property company based in London.
The business have an inclusive working environment and ambitious culture based within new, modern offices. The business have just entered a high growth phase and are looking for a brand new Financial Accountant to join the expanding and dynamic team.
The role is a high profile one, in which the Financial Accountant will get a broad mix of both financial reporting and management accounting. The Financial Accountant will report directly into the FC and will see a wide range of senior exposure.
Key Responsibilities Include:
– Group consolidations and reporting.
– Assistance with the preperation of accounting policies and accounting papers.
– Cashflow management and forecasting.
– Accounting for investments of the business – both equity and real estate.
– Preperation of FRS102 financial statements.
– Liasing with auditors and other ad hoc duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
– ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
– Experience in dealing with stakeholders, both financial and non-financial.
– Able to work with a good attitude to tight deadlines.
– Skilled in Excel and accounting software.
