Finance Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing organisation based in Uxbridge for a 12-month Contract to cover maternity leave.
This is an office-based role.
The Finance Manager responsibilities include:
- Covering sickness/ annual leave for Accounts payable and receivable
- Account receivable duties including posting cash from the bank, maintaining emails, chasing customers for payment, reconciling the banks.
- Accounts payable duties including posting invoices, preparing payment runs, maintaining the email addresses.
- Hosting monthly credit control meetings
- Reporting on the achievements or weaknesses on a weekly basis
- Quarterly reviews
- Working out if the staff have hit their KPI’s
- Checking the bank reconciliation
- Approving holidays
- Dealing with any staff issues
- Assisting the Finance Director with any ad hoc tasks
The Finance Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing/leading a team
- Very experienced with Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
- Level 3/4 AAT qualified
- Proficient Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
