As part of our expansion plans we are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to join are established team on a part time permanent basis. Working within a energetic and fastly expanding team, the role of the Financial Controller will be to manage the ‘In-house’ Finance Functions to ensure a smooth running of all Accounting / Payroll procedures, to also ensure all weekly tasks are completed and adhered to in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Description:
¥ Maintain and update monthly management accounts
¥ Oversee payroll processes including employee expense claims
¥ Prepare VAT returns
¥ Invoicing, credit control duties
¥ Liaise with external accountants and advisors
¥ Forecasts and budgets reports
¥ Ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required

Skills Required:
¥ Good level of accountancy and bookkeeping knowledge
¥ Excellent knowledge of Payroll
¥ Well versed with accounting regulations
¥ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
¥ Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
¥ Intermediate knowledge of Excel
¥ Strong attention to detail
¥ A problem solver
