Need something exciting, that’s going to keep you on your toes? Here at XPO, we’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis for our contract based in Burton Latimer. (Hybrid 2-3 days on site depending on business needs) As a Finance Assistant you’ll be supporting in delivering day to day finance and operational admin tasks.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to pay up to £32,500 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Produce weekly financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business and customer
- Month end support & balance sheets reconciliations
- Customer data entry & analysis
- Support with finance projects as required
- Ad hoc administrative support across the contract
- Manage the PO & ordering processes
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Experience in a similar, fast-paced administrative role, ideally in a similar environment
- Costs accounting/ production environment will be an advantage
- Open book experience will be an advantage
- You must be computer literate in MS Office ( Excel and Power Point)
- Working towards or an interest in AAT qualification is preferred, but not essential
