Finance Assistant

Salary: £26,400 – £33,600 per year

Finance Assistant – Liverpool – £26,400 – £33,600 per annum plus company benefits

Our client is an extremely well established and successful firm based in Liverpool; due to their continued success they are currently expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Supporting the Associate Commercial Director in ensuring the accounting processes and procedures for the business are implemented

* Ensuring reporting on the financial performance is communicated to key management and the Directors.

* Raising client invoices from bespoke software

* Preparing payroll import files for between 1,000 – 3,000 employees.

* Effectively managing expenditure within your operation, highlighting any potential costs to your line managers.

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

* Previous experience is a similar role is essential

* Be able to work off own initiative as well as within a team

* Excellent communication skills

* Good organisational skills

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
