We are working with an ethical consultancy company based in Central London, who are now looking to expand their analytical capabilities by bringing a new Finance Analyst into the team. This consultancy specialise in across procurement, strategy, organisational structure, leadership and regeneration. So this role will come with an engaging variety of work to get stuck into.

What you’ll be doing?
•    Modelling to undertake a wide range of challenges, including non-financial problems
•    Develop and present data analytics models to identify trends, patterns and forecasts
•    Support leadership in strategic decision-making through robust financial modelling
•    Financial modelling of property development, regeneration schemes, investments
•    Support the development of business cases and options appraisals
•    Support the companies other projects and teams through specialist modelling expertise
•    Secure investment by developing/setting up trading companies, joint ventures, partnerships

What you’ll need to apply?
•    Strong experience within financial modelling & accounting
•    Must have advanced Excel skills
•    An understanding of accounting processes, statistics and data analytics
•    A basic understanding of VBA, PowerQuery and PowerBI
•    Must have project management and organisational skills
•    Ability to engage and interacting with clients and stakeholders
