This Field Territory Manager / Field Service Manager will be responsible for looking after the East of England.

Field Territory Manager / Region Service Manager Role:

Reporting to Operations Director, the Field Territory Manager (FTM) is responsible for the Service, Repair and New Door Installations business for the East region. The FTM is responsible for leading the Engineers and local administration team within the territory to successfully and consistently achieve/exceed financial and operational targets.

Field Territory Manager / Region Service Manager will be responsible for:

Consistently achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly financial and operational target

Leadership and performance management of the team, including maximising performance, attendance and communication, and ensuring expected standards of behaviour are maintained
Induction of new staff and ensuring product competency and training is completed
Monitoring performance and providing management information as required
Developing a “one team” philosophy in both the field and territory admin teams
Ensuring compliance with current policies, processes and procedures
Conforming to current product legislation and regulations
Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met in respect of self and the team
Ensuring tools and equipment are secure and in good working order with relevant inspection and compliance certification
Reviewing other territory resources to maximise opportunities
Maintaining good customer relationships

The successful Field Territory Manager / Region Service Manager will be/have:

Must have experience in managing regional based engineers
Must site Health & Safety experience
in after sales repairs and servicing is preferable
Experience and knowledge of industrial & automatic doors, gates and barriers is desirable
Engineering background would be advantageous
