Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service/Sales Technician to join their established team in Leicestershire. The role will involve travelling throughout the South Region servicing products and selling to prospective and current clients.

The Field Service/Sales Technician Role;

* Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients through
communicating via phone, email and face to face

* Responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing various product ranges

* Attend customer’s site to identify fault, repair if possible or identify what action is
required to repair and write report

* Manage own diary by allocating specific jobs ensuring geographically cost effective

* Working closely with the Servicing Co-ordinator and Sales Manager to ensure
production/service targets are met

* Ensure a full awareness of entire product range with the ability to sell whilst providing technical support

* Identify key opportunities to up sell and maximise business

* Travel throughout the South Region attending customer sites and willing to cover the North when required (holidays and busy periods)

Our Ideal Field Service/Sales Technician Candidate;

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships

* Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative to drive tasks to completion

* Analytical approach with strong problem solving skills

* Attentive with an eye for detail

* Full UK Driving Licence is essential as travel throughout the UK will be required as part of this role
