Right Now Group are currently partnered with a growing organisation who are recruiting within their Field Service Engineering team in the London region after a continued period of sustained growth. –
If you are living (ideally) inside the M25 and consider yourself to be suitable for a Field Service role within vending or serviced goods are open to travel then this could be the ideal role for you.
Ideal Experience:
· Previously Field Service Engineering Experience ideally in vending, catering equipment, dispense systems, white goods or domestic or commercial appliances
IMPORTANT: Full Training will be provided as well as a company Van – please note all applicants must have a full drivers license due to the nature of this role.
Job Title: Field Service Engineering
Weekly Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
Salary: £24k + overtime
Role Type: Full – Time Permanent
Location: London – ideally inside M25 (field based) most client are based in TW, SL, KT and RG postcodes
Job Focus:
- Investigate technical issues and resolve along with realising opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer
- Install, maintain and survey drink appliances
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
- Be able to manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role
- Service levels to customer leadtimes and KPIs
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role
- Previous experience in repairing or installing vending, catering, dispense, white good or domestic or commercial appliances
- Electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge
- AVA qualifications or experience within the food and beverage industry
- Experience in working independently out on the road from a van or car
- Good people/customer service skills
- Flexible approach to working hours and days
- Able to work under pressure
- Have good problem-solving acumen
