Ranging from Clean Air Zones to Smart Cities, ANPR enforcement systems through logistics management, our solutions empower transport planners and managers to improve the urban environment for everyone.
What you’ll do
As Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the installation and maintenance of on-site SEA technology, specifically our range of civil enforcement ANPR camera systems. You’ll provide high-quality, professional in-the-field service, ensuring our systems are at their best, maintaining SEA’s reputation nationwide. Your responsibilities will include:
· Installation and maintenance of pole (lamp column) and vehicle-mounted enforcement systems hardware
· Preventative maintenance – including cleaning cameras and replacing cables.
· Resolution of incidents related to in-service onsite customer Systems.
· Most work within the remit of this role will be completed at height due to the nature of the products.
· Weekend and evening work, from time-to-time as required
What you’ll bring
· Proven experience within a field service or technician role, ideally within relevant related systems hardware installations and maintenance
· Experience of system-level fault finding and fixing of IT, Software & Electronic equipment
· A professional manner, strong communication skills, and able to manage customers effectively and proficiently
· Experience of working at height and with electricity (DNO) and/or electrician certifications or qualifications would be ideal
· Working knowledge of CCTV systems, ANPR camera systems or relevant similar technologies would be advantageous
