Are you an experienced Field Service Analyst or Field Service Engineer?

We are looking for someone to work at our customer sites around the North East UK.

 

You will be working as part of a team to ensure our sites are running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

 

What is the ideal location?

You would be  working at customer sites from Redcar in the south of the territory, up to Newcastle and Blythe, and across to Carlisle.

These areas will be covered on a weekly or monthly basis.

 

Duties will include:

  • Routine water sampling and analysis of industrial water systems including cooling towers, boilers and domestic systems
  • Water sample collection, recommending changes, reporting and communicating treatment performance
  • Complete Legionella sampling
  • Identifying opportunities for upgrades – whether this is chemical dosing equipment (Chemfeed), training, analytical services or increased scope of supply
  • Ensuring the service plan for each location is defined and delivered
  • Good engagement with Health and Safety reporting and compliance document management
  • Awareness & engagement with safe chemical delivery & storage procedures
  • Calibrating equipment and generating calibration certificates
  • Operating dosing pumps – changing dosing rates based on onsite test results
  • Independently diagnosing issues found onsite and escalating or rectifying as required
  • Managing QEHS documentation

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Chemistry / Chemical Engineering background or equivalent scientific qualification,
  • OR time-served in a similar position
  • Laboratory / analytical experience
  • On-site chemist experience
  • Hold a valid driving licence
