THE ROLE

Field sales management role

Man managing a team of 8-10 field sales executives

Complete autonomy over all aspects of the teams performance including target setting, incentifying, recruiting and all other aspects of driving performance

Covering a territory encompassing CR/GU/RH/SO/RG/KT

The team will be focusing on mainly existing accounts but developing new business within the accounts

THE PERSON

Our client is looking for an experienced Field sales manager with a minimum of 2-3 years experience of managing field sales executives

Must have previous experience of recruiting, training and developing and managing a team towards successful achievement of targets

Any previous of experience of working within a FSA environment will be advantageous but isn’t needed.

Any location on the territory will be considered
