Are you an experienced field sales executive with experience in new business development with an interest in selling a range of print and software solutions which allow companies to meet their health and safety compliance requirements.

The Business Development Manager/Field sales role is working for the Market Leading provider of Health and Safety and Compliance solutions in the UK. They work with a range of industry sectors to provide their full range of solutions. You will be given a designated territory and will sell tried and tested solutions into the Commercial Sector

The company is open to consider a range of backgrounds but keen to identify candidates who have worked in a KPI/target driven environment. A typical day can see you, sitting 3-4 appointments per day, cold calling, self generating leads, and working closely with a dedicated telesales team who are targeted to provide you a proportion of your weekly appointments.

The ideal candidate will be in a BDM / Field Sales Exec role currently and must have:-

• A proven record of success in a KPI driven environment (18 Months +)
• A drive to overachieve
• The ability to sell to Senior Managers and Directors.
