Field Sales Business Development Executive – £25k basic + £40k-60k OTE uncapped commission – Birmingham

My client, a field marketing agency is looking for Business Developers to take full ownership of their territory and hunt for opportunities!

You will be prospecting SME Merchants (retail, hospitality and shops) providing them the benefits on signing up for an extra payment service. You will then work with your clients closely to make sure their business actively promotes the service to help grow their business.

Job role of the Field Sales Business Development Executive:

Taking ownership of your territory, including research, planning, networking and local knowledge
Use data to effectively landscape and influence sales, capturing data n your tablets CRM
Networking with small to medium size businesses about the benefits of adding an additional pay service to their customers
Generating your own new opportunities and creating a strong pipeline of business
Who we are looking for:

Proven ability to meet set targets
Experience in engaging with decision makers around features and benefits of a product or service
Ability to have commercial conversations and build instant rapport
Driving License essential
