Salary: £26,000 – £30,420 per year
The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.
AICS Group is looking for a strong Female Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with our Male client who lives in Stevenage. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and:d social care professionals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Client: Our Client is born with Cerebral Palsy, have mild development delays, present behavioural difficulties, hyperactivity, reduced concentration, doubly incontinent and non-verbal. The client can become challenging at times therefore we need a strong Female Rehabilitation Support worker who will be committed to the package.
We are looking for a Female Rehabilitation Support Worker who can work:
Weekdays: Monday to Thursday
07:15 am to 09:30 am
03 pm to 9 pm
Fridays: 09:00 am to 9 pm
Weekends: 09:00 am to 9:30 pm
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Skills:
Minimum of 1-year experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury. Have a basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment. Demonstrate the ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with other professionals daily.
Desirable Skills:
Current and clean driver’s license. Experience in providing care to people who live within the community.
