Female Personal Care Assistant – Week Day Hours

Salary: £26,000 per year

To Work in our Family Home, to assist us with Personal Care & Household Chores. No experience necessary as training will be given. It would help to be a driver, and to like Dogs.

As a disabled couple, we want to feel relaxed in our own home, so looking for someone who we can relate well to, whilst they can be relied on to get on with what is needs to be done. By employing our own personal care assistants directly, it allows us to choose who & how our care is delivered, we build-up good working relationships with all our staff who often stay in-touch when they move on to do other things. It is due to the personal nature of the care needed by myself that we require only women
We are currently looking to cover day time shifts Monday, to Friday. 8:30 am to 7pm (with one of the days being a split shift with a 2.5 hour break at 2:30 pm – We can be flexible around which day)

All shift are on a permanent contract and we require 2 people to cover the week days. We need people who can offer some flexibility around working hours. With the ability to cover the occasional nights & Weekend to cover other staff holiday.

Other rates apply for overtime & Bank Holiday, Paid annual leave & all wages paid through PAYE. Must be willing to undertake or have an updated DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check.
