Personal Care Assistant- Tamworth

Location: Tamworth
Salary: £26,000per year plus enhancements for working weekends
Hours Of Work: Full time, 3 x 12 hr shifts per week
Shifts: 08:00 to 20:00
Full UK Drivers licence essential.

The Complete Group are Mitie Group PLC’s Nurse-led complex care business. We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Care Assistant for our client in the Tamworth area.

This particular position involves caring for a gentleman who has a spinal injury and lives in his own home. We endeavour to closely match our clients with Personal Care Assistants that share similar hobbies and interests. This particular client enjoys socialising with his family. He is also interested in computers, cars and football. Applicants will need to be pet friendly as the client has a dog. His home is a smoke-free environment.

Successful Applicants will attend our paid induction course which will provide you with a comprehensive insight into our company and your job role. You will also be supported throughout your time with the company which includes development advice and support from your line manager and an ‘Out of Hours’ support service which ensures you can access assistance whenever you may require it.
