Fast Track Team Manager RTA

One of the UK’s largest legal practices and a market leader in personal injury is looking to expand its Fast track personal injury team with the appointment of a manager. The role is to be based in either the Wakefield or the York office and they will consider both qualified solicitors and FILEX fee earners.

The team is ever expanding and the role will involve a lot of performance management, file audits and 1 2 1 s to ensure service level agreements are met. In addition you will be expected to have an in depth knowledge of Fast track RTA and a proven background of dealing with a large volume PI caseload.
