Family Care Solicitor

Our client who is based in Northampton is looking for a Family Care Solicitor to join their Children’s panel team.

The successful candidate will be acting in respect of the care proceedings, EPO’s, interim care orders and other childcare matters including special guardianship, adoption and secure accommodation.

You will also be providing legal advice to the child’s guardian as and when required, often on an emergency basis.

You Must:

Have previous experience within this sector

Being Child Panel accredited

Be available immediately

Be able to commit to working Full time 09:00-17:15

Be able to work unsupervised and without assistance
