Fabrication Estimator

Salary: £15.6 per hour

A leading service company with bases in Aberdeen and Angus are looking for a Fabrication Estimator to join their team.

Job Duties

• Liaising with clients
• Adherence to the QA System
• Estimating and producing quotations to customer requirements
• Sourcing of material & equipment costs
• Pricing and costing of jobs based on labour, material and time requirements
• Taking ownership of jobs to see the production process through to delivery, keeping clients updated on their job progress when required
• Providing information on current/upcoming jobs by attending a weekly production meeting, in addition to liaising with various departments daily
• Pricing/costing of project works
• Ensure you work safely and you are not endangering yourself, those around you or the environment
• Ensuring client requirements are met

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a fabricator or welder – time served
• Previous experience working as an estimator in an office environment
