Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

Their success is ongoing as well and this position is a reflection of that success as they continue to grow by looking to add a Fabrication Estimator in Aberdeenshire.
The Fabrication Estimator role will be integrated into the Estimating department with the purpose of bidding on small and large fabrications and pipework and pressure vessels, predominantly for the Oil & Gas Industry.
Job Duties
* Liaising with clients
* Adherence to the QA System
* Estimating and producing quotations to customer requirements
* Sourcing of material & equipment costs
* Pricing and costing of jobs based on labour, material and time requirements
* Taking ownership of jobs to see the production process through to delivery, keeping clients updated on their job progress when required
* Providing information on current/upcoming jobs by attending a weekly production meeting, in addition to liaising with various departments daily
* Pricing/costing of project works
* Ensure you work safely and you are not endangering yourself, those around you or the environment
* Ensuring client requirements are met
Candidate Requirements
* Experience of estimating in a similar busy environment
* Steel trades background advantageous
The Fabrication Estimator should be:
* Familiar with weld procedure and specification requirements,
* Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues,
* Familiar with working to ISO 9001:2015
Remuneration
