Experienced Warehouse Operative-

Temp-Perm, Full time night shifts. 18.00-03.00

Responsible for: Loading & Unloading, Picking and Packing of heavy goods

Job Duties

Load/unload from/to trucks
Using PPT truck &able to use fork lift truck
To be able to load/unload vehicles both for deliveries to the client and dispatches of customer orders, in any weather.
Make sure paperwork related to the product is correct
Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations
To be able to label as required for special customer needs.
To be able to pack orders for special customer needs.
To help keep the department in good order, clean and tidy, and up to maximum efficiency.
To be able to make and receive telephone calls (internal and external), and handle queries in a courteous manner.
To be able to handle customer collections in a prompt and courteous manner.

To be able to meet the challenging demands of a busy warehouse operation and adjust working times to suit departmental requirements, including the ability to work overtime during the week and weekends as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Ideal Candidates:

Strong background in warehouse
Must have fork lift experience
Great organisational skills with a high attention to detail
Good communication skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills
