POSITION: Experienced Fire Alarm Sales Executive – Field based

PRODUCTS: Fire Detection Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Detection Maintenance Contracts

SALARY: £36,000 + Company vehicle + Pension + 20 days paid holiday + Excellent prospects with a global company.

COMMISSION: 3% of new Installation orders and 5% of new Maintenance contracts in the first year. OTE £45,000

LOCATION: Field based across Northern England and Scotland

EXPERIENCE: To be suitable for this role you must have the following experience:
1) Extensive knowledge and experience of selling products for the Fire industry
2) Extensive knowledge and experience surveying, designing and quoting works to British and European Standards
3) Electrical Qualification

YOU MUST:
i) Have sound knowledge of the processes involved during the installation and aftercare of Fire Safety equipment and Emergency Lighting products
ii) Have knowledge of the British Design Standards for these products
iii) Have knowledge of Portable Fire Extinguisher products
iv) Be physically fit and be prepared to work away from home

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for the following:
i) Capturing new opportunities and achieving agreed sales levels
ii) Surveying, designing and creating quotations to win new installation works
iii) Surveying, quoting and winning new & renewal Test and Inspection Maintenance Contracts
iv) Completing Design Documents including Design Certificates & drawings
v) Prepare ‘Battery Standby’ and ‘System Loading’ calculations
vi) Demonstrate products and services to clients & prospects
