Experienced Drainage Operative

An exciting position has become available at Coastal Drains LTD for a full-time Experienced Drainage Operative based in Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8SW area. The company cover the area from Chichester West Sussex through to Eastbourne East Sussex and Mid-Sussex as far north as Crawley.

The successful candidate will earn £15 – £18 per hour depending on experience and the opportunity to earn a bonus is available, company uniform will be provided as will a company van.

You will be expected to cover our 24/7 emergency service on a weekly rota basis. The week will start from Monday 5pm through to the following Monday at 8.00am.

Role Requirements

The company is looking for an experienced engineer who has a minimum 2 years’
Must be able to work flexible hours in order to cover emergency please apply a rota basis
Experience of all aspects of drain unblocking with the use of HPWJ.
The ability to carry out patch repairs, relining of drain runs.
Knowledge of carrying out CCTV surveys.
Someone who is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and can achieve getting the job right first time
Can work as part of a team or on their own.
Has good communication skills, both verbally and written.
To provide excellent customer service, give the service you would expect from a tradesperson.
MUST HAVE A FULL CLEAN UK driving licence as a company van will be provided depending on area.
Role Responsibilities

Carry out patch repairs, relining of drain runs.
Carrying out CCTV surveys

Ensuring you deliver excellent customer service.
Meeting operational expectations by maintaining high standards.
Working to ensure that all health and safety, environmental health, trading standards and other regulations are adhered to
