Experienced Dental Receptionist

Job Title: Experienced Dental Receptionist.

: DR2.

Location: Wokingham.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Occasional over time available.

Start Date: Immediately.

Rate of Pay/Salary: £26,000per year depending on qualifications and experience.

Holidays: 28 per annum, inclusive of public holidays.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet patients.
• Booking appointments face to face and over the telephone.
• Taking payments.
• Sending patient recalls and typing treatment plans.
• Liaising with specialists regarding patient referrals.
• Provide a high level of customer service and patient care.
• Carry out other administrative duties as directed by the practice manager.
• Use SOE Exact software.

Interested applicants must possess the following eligibility criteria to apply:

• Must have previous dental reception experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate computer literacy and a high standard of written and spoken English.
• SOE Exact software desirable but not essential.
• High level of personal presentation required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• No criminal convictions.
