Executive Assistant
Job Description
Our client, a prestigious London based conservatoire are looking to recruit a Executive Assistant on a full-time basis (32.5 hours per week) over 5 days. The post will be required to be onsite for the first couple of weeks, whilst getting up to speed, and can then work more remotely with 1-2 days remote. Full-time onsite work is also available. The post is looking to run for approximately 4-6 weeks, although could possibly extend.
In this post, you will be helping cover EA work in the Senior Management team. They are looking for a highly competent and experienced administrator with the skills to quickly assimilate information and handle a number of multi-stage administrative processes involving liaison with multiple colleagues, collating information and taking the task to completion. In this role you would need to be confident and comfortable with managing senior colleagues’ diaries, setting up meetings.
To be successful in this post, you will have worked within a similar post previously, ideally from within higher education or the arts, or similar type of organisation. You will be used to working to deadlines and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of proofreading documents, booking travel etc. You will be used to working on several tasks simultaneously, keeping track of progress and proactively keeping things on track.
