What does the role consist of?
You be joining a fast-paced office contributing to the delivery of high stakes examinations. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the efficient delivery of the examinations. This will include contributing to the development of business systems and processes through involvement in project work. You will be working closely with member of the Examination department and team leaders, assisting in administration and organisation of the diploma examinations. This can include processing applications, fielding queries from candidates and other stockholders, preparing examination materials and invigilating at examinations. Along with this you will be arranging feedback and counselling, coordination new member ceremonies, arranging exam venues and invigilator briefing meetings including processing and recording financial data.
What will the successful candidate be like?
The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative skills along with good telephone manner, must be IT literate including the Microsoft Office suite and have a good eye for detail alongside prioritising work load. Someone who is organised has strong verbal and clear written communication skills and a strong customer service-oriented background. Must have experience in organising and administering examinations and supporting multiple projects, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
