BRANCH MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent to take on the role of Branch Manager covering a very busy Sales and Lettings team in South East London.

You will need to be either a Branch Manager currently, a Sales Manager or Lettings Manager with experience in bringing in the business, or an Assistant Manager with the ability to manage.

The office is currently turning over close to £500,000 per year, with a target to reach the near £650,000 this year.

Duties

to manage the sales and lettings department
to carry out valuations and sustain a high conversion rate
work towards getting the highest fee possible
be an example to your team
collate figures for the weekly performance check
Requirements

you should have at least 5 years minimum experience within Estate Agency
you should be either a Sales Manager, Lettings Manager, Branch Manager or Assistant Manager (Senior Negotiator) currently
you should be able to demonstrate vocally your current figures and achievements within Estate Agency

Package

£60,000 guarantee for the first 3/4 months
basic pay up to £72,000
commission
car allowance or company car
