Estart Systems Manager

eStart System Manager – Tower Hamlets – Contract – £180pd (limited/umbrella)

We have an exciting opportunity for an eStart Systems Manager to join a busy team within a local authority and evaluate the use of the current eStart system, with the view to design and implement a new eStart data strategy.

Duties for this role include:
– Maintain the eStart system and ensure data is received from various sources
– Developing and providing new and improved management information system reports
– Supporting staff and providing training on the eStart system
– To work with other staff with regard to the transfer of data to and from other departments (including schools)
– Identifying and logging faults with the IT applications

To be suitable for this role, you will need:
– Experience of eStart system configuration and administration
– Good level of expertise with relational database management systems (RDBMS)
– Knowledge of data protection and information sharing legislation and requirements
– Ability to work with large databases and generate reports
– Experience of delivering training to staff enabling the use of MS Word/Excel
– Strong IT skills

The rate for this role is £216 pd (limited/umbrella)
The role is based in Tower Hamlets, London
This role is available on a full time basis, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
