Our client is an established high street recruiter that has been established since the 1980’s and have more than 40 branches and 65 established Equity Partners they are now seeking an experienced Recruiter/ Branch Manager/ Senior Recruitment Consultant to join as an equity partner within the business and who wants to become the Architect of their own agency/recruitment career/branch.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL GET THE FULL FINANCIAL BACKING TRAINING AND BACK OFFICE SUPPORT OF A LARGE RECRUITMENT COMPANY BEHIND THEM.

 The ideal candidate must be an experienced recruiter at either Branch Manager/Divisional Manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant level who is seeking the opportunity to open their own agency within their specialist sectors and wants to head up a branch and recruit a team of Recruitment Consultants around them.

 Branch Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant – Basic up to £40,000 DOE plus a company car or car allowance and a high commission scheme
