Duties:

They are looking for raters to help assess the quality of the companies entities graph. The projects involve creating frameworks that help get human rating done to enable machine learning and measurement, identifying patterns and providing feedback to the engineers to help improve the quality.

Responsibilities

* Guideline definition and clarification
* Ensuring timely and high accuracy of rater output on experiments
* Translating the engineering teams’ requirements to an experiment format
* Manage projects to improve the processes and guidelines of our rating actions and workflows
* Tracking, Triaging and Escalation of bugs to Engineering Team
* Inform, influence, support, and execute our ratings guidelines and workflows and tactics to ensure product goals are being met
* Performing rating tasks to be able to be effective in the responsibilities mentioned above
* Work closely with our teams across the globe to ensure consistency and quality

Skills:

* BA/BS (quantitative fields such as economics, accounting, physics, computer science, or math).
* Expert at using search engines to find information on the internet
* Experience with social media with following and understanding popular topics
* Motivated and hard-working, with the ability to think clearly under pressure, both individually and in a team environment.
* Effective communication skills.
* Understanding of statistical analysis and strong Excel skills (knowledge of SQL or equivalent preferred).
