Salary: £22,750 – £24,023 (Full-Time Equivalent)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: Hours 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year

About the role:
To plan, organise, deliver, and evaluate enrichment and activities specifically for non-qualification study programme activities (enrichment) and develop students personal, social and employability skills and qualities through a range of enrichment programme and learner voice activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a range of programmes (including E6), to enrich and enhance skills relevant to a students’ studies and future progression
- Liaising with curriculum staff, Careers team and Personal Tutors to provide updates on students in relation to enrichment when required
- Complete administrative paperwork to support programmes and enrichment activities, (including E6).
- Provide ongoing Information, Advice and Guidance on enrichment
- Create opportunities for learners and promote learner attendance. added value non
- qualification activities that supports learner goals and is integrated into the study programme – including learner-led activities, events, and campaigns
- Design a range of methods, activities, and events to collect student voice feedback -including new technology solutions (e.g., digital technology, virtual learning environments and social media)
- Seek out and develop enrichment opportunities through external partnerships
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
- 2 to 3 A Level passes or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Experience of planning and delivering enrichment activities for young people
- Experience of tutoring, mentoring, or coaching
- Experience of working with young people 16-19 in an educational setting
- Experience of working with employers, voluntary organisations, or agencies
