Salary: £33,600 – £44,400 per year
Lloyd Recruitment Services has some great opportunities for experienced Gate / Barriers / Security Systems Engineers to join a lovely company based in West Sussex. They are looking for experienced Engineer’s with a strong electronics / electro-mechanical background. This is a great role, working all over South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex, using a modern fleet of vans, satellite navigation and hands-free phone systems.
Salary – £33,600 – £44,400depending on experience
This is a busy and varied role, each job is different and requires forward planning, assistance with the installation and maintenance of electronic security gates, barriers and security systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
* electrical installations
* electronic systems/circuits
* hydraulic systems
* welding/fabrication
* basic engineering
* computer skills
Candidates should be able to:
* work on their own initiative
* problem solve with test meters and wiring faults
* be commercially aware, thus ensuring that the company operates efficiently
* be organised to attend to client base for new work, call-outs, site maintenance
* able to complete paperwork legibly and in detail
* use general power tools competently and safely
* undertake groundwork and finishing
* customer relation skills
Working hours
7.00 am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. However, shifts can start as early as 6 am subject to work requirements. For a full week the hours would be 42.5 hours spread over 5 days (Monday to Friday).
