Overview:

Jefferson Frank are looking for a MAC Engineer to engage on an 8 week initial contract with one of our largest clients.

Ideally be eligible for obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

Essential skills to design, build and configure Mac OS X instances with defined software stack on AWS EC2 to allow developers to run Mac OS workloads; creating applications for the Apple ecosystem.

Build and configure Mac OS X instances hosted on AWS EC2, with guidance from Technical Lead, Requirement is to provision Mac OS X instances within minutes and need to dynamically scale capacity within agreed tolerances and quiesce when workload dissipates.

Verify High level Design and create Low Level design to very high quality. Creation of run books to support the ongoing on-going operation.

Mac OS X deployments are to be compliance with defined security standards
Adherence to Change Controls and stringent technical governance as mandated on an Enterprise Financial environment.
