Our client, a specialist sustainability and environmental consultancy, with offices based throughout the UK, are currently looking for an Energy/Building Physics Engineer to join their technical team based in Guildford. Our client offers a range of services across sectors, including education, healthcare, housing, commercial, and residential.
The duties of this Energy/Building Physics Engineer role will include, but not be limited to:
Undertaking Non-Domestic Energy Assessments
Completing SBEM Calculations
Undertaking Thermal Comfort Analysis and Daylight Analysis
Completing Energy and Sustainability Statements
Training and supporting junior members of the Sustainability TeamTo be considered for this Sustainability/Building Physics Engineer role, you will ideally:
Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Be a Qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA)
Have experienced with Overheating/Daylight/Sunlight Assessments
