Worldwide Education, The UK’s number one supply agency, are looking to speak to experienced Employment Practice Consultants interested in a short/long term contract with our Client based in Chelmsford (Essex).
We are excited to offer this full-time Employment Practice Consultant position in the Chelmsford area (CM1).
The role of an Employment Practice Consultant will involve working collaboratively with ODP colleague, supporting the delivery of projects across the People functions and can range from the development of policy in response to the legal or business change to leading a specific review or creation of a major procure and implementation of a change process.
Pay for Employment Practice Consultant
The pay salary for the Employment Practice Consultant that our Client is offering is around £240per day, depending on experience, training and qualifications.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Employment Practice Consultant, you will have:
Education to degree level or equivalent by experience
Deep understanding of HR functions, practices and procedure in a modern HR environment
Record of Achievement as an HR practitioner in a large organisation.
Relationship Management with proven ability to develop strong, mutually beneficial relations with external and internal networks and stakeholders.
