Employment Consultant / Recruitment

360 Employment Evolution are recruiting into the Recruitment Industry.

This is an office based opportunity that can guarantee each day will be different.

This role is ideally suited to an ex-recruiter, HR assistant, trainer or field sales executive with a passion for people, recruitment and the local community.

Your main roles will include:

*Manage the identification and development of a range of employment opportunities for programme participants to meet their individual employment needs and aspirations.
*Work closely with Job Brokers to move Fast Track customers into appropriate employment as quickly as possible.
*Identify, engage and account manage local employers to provide suitable employment for Work Programme customers.
*Lead on the development and maintenance of effective relationships.
*Set up and run employer engagement activities across Barking and neighbouring counties where needed
*Work with employers to develop and agree appropriate Pre-employment training for customers.
*Liaise with employers, Job Brokers and Customer Support Centre (CSC) staff to agree post-employment support for both the employer and customer.
*Take responsibility for managing the post-employment support services to employers to increase numbers of sustained employment.
*Support and develop the Employment Coach team to ensure that employability sessions and job search support matches employer needs and customer goals.
