Employers Agent – Senior Pm / Pqs

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to lead a £50m+ iconic new-build project in the North West. Our client is ideally looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Manager level resource

The candidates experience should be in the provision of Employers Agents duties on large mixed use developments, with a hotel bias or residential or leisure type projects. A proven track record in the delivery of Employers Agents services and successful completion of projects is to be demonstrated.

The successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to working, demonstrate experience of leading and supervising others and working under own initiative with an innovative approach to problem solving.
