Home Based, covering the North West.
Full Time – Monday to Friday
£22,000 to £25,000 per annum
About Us
G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) deliver the RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.
The RESTART contract will support individuals into long term employment across the North West through our network of Suppliers and Stakeholders.

About The Role
The Employer Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the employer engagement strategy aimed at sourcing and filling multiple and bulk vacancies across the North West.
You will liaise with our internal teams and multiple providers to support the fulfillment of vacancies across the North West.
The successful candidate will have proven strong administrative and engagement skills.
You will have the ability to identify and suggest solutions to issues and react to all queries in a timely manner. Experience in a recruitment setting would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the development and implementation of a tracking system to monitor vacancies, submissions, interviews and successes.
- Support in preparation for interviews in line with individual employer needs.
- Liaise with our Supply Chain Partners to source and track candidates for vacancies.
- Support the collation and analysis of monthly data, reporting back to the business on performance and trend analysis.
- Work with our Training team to maintain an online vacancy portal.
- Support with business administration duties and project support across the business unit.
- Adhere, at all times, to the Data Protection, ICT and Confidentiality Policy.
- Be aware of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- To understand processes and how to escalate issues appropriately.
Essential Criteria:
- Have previously worked confidently in an administrative and/or recruitment role.
- Exceptional attention to detail – must be able to spot errors in their own work, that of others and identify trends in existing data.
- A team player – able to work collaboratively with others.
- Recognises the importance of confidentiality when supporting strategic or confidential issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong numerical and analytical skills. Experienced IT user and confident in using Google Drive, Docs and Sheets etc.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Googlemail and other standard systems
- Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work at pace.
- Be a Problem Solver with a logical approach.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of Customer Service.
- Knowledge of the Welfare to Work industry.
- Experience of working with Government contracts.
