Employer Engagement Consultant

Salary: £36,000 – £39,600 per year

We are looking for an Employer Engagement individual who is looking for a new role in Leeds City Centre.

Have you the personality and sales techniques to connect and generate sales lead and information from Employers in the West Yorkshire region?

This is a unique role for a self-motivated Employer Engagement / Sales individual who is passionate about training and supporting people to find work.

Key Responsibilities of the Employer Engagement:

* Make outbound calls to SME’s to arrange company visits to promote training courses, fully funded training programmes and commercial training.

* Generate interest and key decision makers details to then move to an appointment for the Business Development Manager.

* To establish effective relationships with employers, maintaining regular contact to build a positive relationship and a high standard of customer care.

* Meet contractual monthly and yearly targets.

* Supporting to generate learners, jobs, and opportunities for the business in training and work.

Key Skills:

* Ability to speak and communicate clearly and confidently on training opportunities, funding streams and eligibility criteria.

* Cold Calling experience

* Appointment Setting

* Ability to speak with people at all levels.

* IT literate, able to use the Microsoft Office suite of software.
