Home Based with travel throughout the North West.
Full Time – Monday to Friday
£35,000 to £40,000 per annum, plus Company Car

G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) deliver the RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.
The RESTART contract will support individuals into long term employment across the North West through our network of Suppliers and Stakeholders.

About The Role
The Employer Account Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of an employer engagement strategy aimed at sourcing and filling multiple and bulk vacancies across the North West.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of engaging with employers and recruiting in large numbers, including supporting events, candidate suitability and transition into work.
You will be experienced in working to targets but ultimately providing a high quality support service.
The Employer Account Manager will be able to foster and maintain strong working relationships and will also be responsible for line management of other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work to agreed targets which are set in line with the aims of the business.
- Liaise with our Supply Chain Partners to source candidates for vacancies.
- Work with our strategic partners to understand local labor market needs and our supply chain partners to design solutions to address these.
- Monitor interview attendance and success.
- Support the collation and analysis of monthly data, reporting back to the business on performance and trend analysis.
- Hold management responsibility for the Employer Account Co-ordinator.
- Engage in Supply Chain Partner and Commissioner reviews, providing appropriate feedback.
- Support with business administration duties and project support across the business unit.
- Adhere, at all times, to the Data Protection, ICT and Confidentiality Policy.
- To be aware of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- To understand processes and how to escalate issues appropriately.
Essential Criteria:
- Have previously worked confidently in a stakeholder engagement or recruitment role.
- Exceptional attention to detail – must be able to spot errors in their own work, that of others and identify trends in existing data.
- A team player – able to work collaboratively with others.
- Recognises the importance of confidentiality when supporting strategic or confidential issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong numerical and analytical skills. Experienced IT user and confident in using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet, our primary productivity tools.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Googlemail and other standard systems
- Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work at pace.
- Be a Problem Solver with a logical approach.
- Analytical and enquiring – passionate about supporting ESS to meet its targets and goals.
