Employability Tutor

We are recruiting for a local Charity for the post of Employability Tutor.
This role is for 37 hours a week and is a temporary position anticipated to go on until the end of July at this stage.

You must have a recognised teaching qualification, PGCE, DTLLS, PTLLS, or Cert Ed.

You should have academic, industrial or commercial experience in an area relevant to the programmes along with experience of successful teaching/training to a range of customer groups with varying abilities. You should have a good working knowledge of barriers adults face in finding and securing employment as well as knowledge of what employers needs are in terms of recruitment and how to ensure these are met.
Proven experience in delivering life and living qualifications is essential. You should have experience producing session plans, training and learning materials for up to NVQ/Level 2 provision.

You will be required to undergo an enhanced CRB to be successful for this position.
