Salary: £15 – £16.5 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 2 years digital marketing experience within a retail company
* Email marketing experience including email-marketing, deliverability, testing, and automation
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong HTML and CSS skills for responsive email design
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience with high-level email deployment platforms
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and under deadline pressure
* Manage multiple campaigns at once including different segmented messages
* Data-driven thinking to analyse data through A/B testing and email optimisation
* Experience of Google analytics, and reporting on conversion and return on investment
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
* A marketing related degree, ideally supported by qualifications from Google
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage all aspects of Email marketing
* Support email campaigns by developing content marketing strategies, technical recommendations, and list management
* Built strategies and manage workflows to automate email marketing processes
* Install best practices for list management and deliverability
* Build creative, messaging, and content for campaigns using email and automated marketing with mobile first approach
* Create A/B tests for campaign optimisation on many devices and platforms
* Monitor weekly performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase subscribers and revenue via email channel
* Conduct bi-weekly calls with Email marketing partner
* Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
