Email and CRM Marketing Assistant

An exciting online fashion website is looking to find a Marketing Marvel to join their creative and talented team.

You will support the Online Marketing Manager with all aspects of the email strategy for the business:

Planning and briefing of weekly content stories
Assist with proofing and testing of content
Uploading and scheduling campaigns (using Responsys)
Weekly and Monthly Reporting on campaigns and metrics such as open rates, click rates orders, etc.
Monitoring of database and customer engagement levels

So you will have a great understanding of digital marketing – especially email and the customer journey. Be well organised and a team players.

System Experience – Specifically you will need:
Microsoft Office
Email Service provider – ideally Responsys
Reporting tool experience – ie Google Analytics
